Your exact rate is based on your business and confirmed before we begin.
We do most of our work in QuickBooks Online, from initial setup through ongoing categorization and review. However, we know every business has unique needs, so we also support alternative platforms like Zoho Books depending on your setup.
If you are already on QuickBooks or another software, we can step right in. If you are new to cloud accounting, we will help you choose and set up the platform that best fits your business operations.
How do you set your pricing?
We charge one flat monthly fee, generally between $250 and $3,000. The exact figure depends on things like your transaction volume, how many bank and card accounts you have, loans, payroll, payables and receivables, and sales tax. We lock in your rate during a free consultation, so nothing comes as a surprise.
I have fallen behind on my books. Can you help?
Definitely. Cleanup and catch-up work is one of our strengths. We bring overdue books current, correct errors, and reorganize your historical records so you move forward on a solid footing.
Do you offer advisory, or just bookkeeping?
Both. Accurate books are the foundation, but we also help you use them: budgeting, cash flow planning, and guidance on the decisions your numbers point to. You get a partner who helps you look ahead, not just record the past.
